In 2016 eight financial consultants decided to combine their knowledge and expertise and founded the cooperative entity Octavio. Their business grew quickly and quite soon they faced the challenge of streamlining their marketing and communication efforts. United by their shared approach and common vision on the future of financial services, we helped them shape a future-proof brand.

2 octavio – quote asset managers

01/ Strategy

All eight partners wanted their brand to emphasise the close relationship to their clients. During an in-depth audit trajectory, we mapped out the appropriate customer journeys and communication approach for their existing client base. In close cooperation with all eight partners, we designed a thorough customer first strategy.

02/ Identity

We shaped their brand promise, wrote their elevator pitches and translated Octavio’s personal approach into an adequate identity. All colours, pictures and design emphasise the human approach Octavio so proudly embraces.

03/ Essentials

We rebuilt Octavio’s website from scratch and created 3 additional communication tools to support their customer approach: a quarterly DenkWijzer, topic-related events (KennisDagen & ExpertAvonden) and 2 explanatory brochures (one for customers, one for partners).
