In 2016, 8 financial consultants decided to combine their knowledge and expertise and founded the cooperative entity, Octavio. Their business grew quickly and quite soon they faced the challenge of streamlining their marketing and communication efforts. We entered into their shared approach and common vision of the future of financial services to help them shape a future-proof brand.

01/ Strategy

All 8 partners wanted their brand to emphasise the close relationship to their clients. During an in-depth audit process, we mapped out the appropriate customer journeys and communication approach for their existing client base. In close cooperation with all of the partners, we designed a thorough customer-first strategy.

02/ Identity

We shaped their brand promise, wrote their elevator pitches, and translated Octavio’s personal approach into a powerful identity. Colours, pictures and design all emphasise the human approach Octavio so proudly embraces.

03/ Essentials

We rebuilt Octavio’s website from scratch and created 3 additional communication tools to support their customer approach: a quarterly DenkWijzer, topic-related events (KennisDagen & ExpertAvonden), and 2 explanatory brochures (one for customers, one for partners).
